The participant understands that participating in baseball involves inherent risks, including but not limited to impacts from equipment, collisions with other individuals, or injuries related to the playing surface. These risks can result in serious physical injury. All risks associated with participation in these baseball activities are voluntarily assumed.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in baseball activities, the participant (or their parent/guardian) hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Coach, coaching staff, volunteers, and the Team/Organization from liability for claims or demands for personal injury or property damage occurring during or related to baseball activities.
In the event of a medical emergency, the Coach, Team/Organization staff, or volunteers are authorized to contact emergency medical services and secure transportation to a medical facility. The participant (or their parent/guardian) agrees to be financially responsible for medical costs and treatments incurred.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Release and Waiver of Liability has been read and its terms are fully understood. This document is signed freely and voluntarily.

Remember, as stated above in plain English, any instructional products produced by Chris Nowlin and Knuckleball Nation are for informational purposes only. You are paying to learn how I would train a knuckleballer. If you choose to do the training yourself or choose to put anyone else under the training, then you are putting yourself and others at risk of injury and are misusing and misunderstanding the purpose of the content.
You are responsible for your own health and well-being.
